Violence in the workplace is a serious issue that needs attention. I grant police aren't mental health workers, but the danger at handover is significant

My former career was all over by my late 40s. I went back to uni and my post-grad qualification has been no advantage. So for 10 years all I can get is minimum wage. I'm not anticipating retiring until my mid 70s unless poor health or injury preclude that. Penurious old age is the best I will get.
