I switched to Linux partly out of curiosity, but mostly because my mom had a Mac and my ex had Windows. I was able to duck out of so much Free Family IT Work because I could say, "I dunno. I don't use Mac/Windows."

Ooo. Ooo. Funko Pops. Mandalorian and Cap popping up by the TV like Whack-A-Mole.
Get two nightlights, one with Grogu and one with Cap's shield. Put them by the TV, then light up whichever lamp matches the actor when he's on screen.
Do you know what the connection is between this book and Napoleon (the sigil on the laquered box)? I couldn't find a clue on the Taschen web site.
"I understood that reference" meme with Captain America.
I've noticed the same phenomenon. I was never really good at facial discrimination, but I've been getting worse as I aged. If there was a movie with Malachi Throne and Rip Torn, I'd be hard put to keep them straight. (Or maybe I'm just running low on Givashit.)
Man, thank you so much for that! I hadn't even *thought* to look for the "Web" option, which is artfully buried under a "More" menu. It's like the internet is working again. :-)
Acorn to Arabella is running a 10th anniversary t-shirt campaign.

And if you haven't heard of it before, it's the amazing journey of a man who harvested his family's trees, built a wooden sailboat, found love, and sailed away.
You can't go wrong with Sluggo and a big money bin to roll around in.
That's frightening. I don't even like when the rent-a-car tries to hook to my phone's bluetooth. Last one I drove, I spent about ten minutes deleting the information scraped from the last ten drivers.
"The remains in Spain remain mainly on the plain."
"...remains...that remain determined..."
I need a better proof-reader...
Monday a local stump grinder is coming to dig out the remains of five long-dead trees that remain determined to thwart the lawnmower and harbor yellowjackets. Today I went shopping for something to fill in the holes. Oops, I did it again.
Nowadays, you can get a vinyl wrap on your car of the Death Certificate. Not that I've seen one. It's just, you know, images is images. The technology is there.
"Hi, Dave. I'd like to open a Wendy's Porno Freak Palace, please."
And, Oh Lordy! Don't drop it. My room dropped a shark-in-a-jar and the college had to move us to a new room.
I would *SO* slip a baboon skull into Hamlet.
"Alas, poor Yorick! I knew him, Horatio: They cut up his brain!"
[Microwaves popcorn and sits back to watch...]
Cue dermatologists walking down the beach, passing out waterproof business cards that say "See ya in 20 years, kid!"
Bags of dirt (potting soil, garden soil, and special azalea soil) in a garage awaiting deployment.
I got a bag of dirt!
I got a bag of dirt!
Actually, they're Meg's.
8825 mph, 24550 miles to go!
WHEEEEE!!
Orion currently at 7443 mph and accelerating. That's falling with style!!
ROFL. I didn't trip to the fact it was Ontario CA. I blame insufficient caffeination
Meg and I do the same thing, but with older shows. "Hey, there goes Harry Mudd, four years before he was in Star Trek!" "Look! It's Monk's second psychitrist."
And after I told him about my Insuretech text, my son informed me that Canadian Milton made good on his promise:

Today's getting weird.
This morning's spam text:
"Insuretech: We're happy to <blah blah fooking natterin>"
As I read the text, I couldn't help hearing it in the voice of Lumbergh.
Huzzah! USPS marks all four tax returns as delivered. And two of the check have already cleared.
Oh, the giddy joy of the season. Be still my fluttering heart.
Highlight of my minifarm life: Moving a friend's chicken coop. We randomly passed an 18th cent. wedding venue just as the bride approached the chapel. Our parade was in the bg of SO many photos: pickup truck, trailer with the coop, and a Kubota L3130 with a loader bucket and pallet forks held high.
The same is true for small airplanes. Instead of flying *down* to the required 30 minute fuel reserve, flights are planned *up* to the next full-bladder threshold.
And we all remember his younger brother, John.
My son shared this with me.
There's still time
