We found that whole-brain cortical volume predicted the strength of neural reinstatement of scene information in the parahippocampal and medial place areas (PPA & MPA in the figure below). (1/2)

New preprint! We found that age differences in the neural reinstatement of scene information are fully mediated by whole-brain cortical volume. We also found that reinstatement strength in the parahippocampal place area was associated with memory performance independently of volume and age.
