Like the one big study we have on the effect of AI on our brains shows that it makes users lazier. So the fact that someone has already given up on half the project in their work makes me feel like the other half will be following not long after

I think a big issue for me with AI, beyond the theft, ecological and economical damage, and continued enshitification of the world, is that using it makes it harder for me to trust you.

Like you say you wrote the caption and generated the image to fit it, but I can't trust that anymore.

I see this a lot. It's one of the things that actually motivates me to continue creating. I never want to fall into that trap that so many others have.
