To be fair there are loopholes here that let employers fuck over the lowest people, like how many hours you work, and whether you worked your scheduled shift before and after the holiday, but generally people get paid.

We get them off paid, as I said if you have to work you get time and a half for the time you work, and the holiday pay.

No, we have laws around holidays. Either you get them off, or you get time and a half pay, at least for working, plus the holiday pay. Even for service workers.
I generally only use the trackpad on my Mac, my PC is where I use the mouse. To be honest that Magic Mouse is an abomination for me lol. Even discounting the ridiculous charging port it is just so small my hand hurts. Which is what makes me sad about Logitech, they are very comfortable for me.

Logitech managed to finally lose my business.
I have used their high end mice since they released the first Performance MX. They used to have 5 year warranties, and they would replace it without any receipt, just a phone call.
My latest MX Master 3S is dying after just 6 months, fuck this shit.
To be fair, I am 99% Gen X was the "me generation" and that stemmed from the 80s being the "me decade". I could be wrong though, but that is how I remember it.
