Philips Hue multi-color lights in the bedroom + 4-button switch next to your bed.
A dark-red mode for late in the evening, or when you need to get up at night.
A comfortable warm setting for during the day.
A bright white/blue to wake up to.
A 30-min gradual wake-up to replace your alarm.

The best AI (Gemini) wasn’t trained on Nvidia chips. All runs on Google’s own TPU’s.

Why AI will replace consultants…
This slide is part of a presentation on why the rise of AI requires more undersea cables.

I have been impressed with OpenAI’s daily Pulse feature — which researches & thinks through the topics you find interesting and presents the results in the morning.
Now imagine them doing this to present you the most relevant ads.
With instant-buy-buttons.
This is how ChatGPT is used.
And I could imagine a better UI for each of these use-cases.
AI video generation just needs to be a little bit cheaper & get slightly better, and we will see an explosion of indie productions, fan-fictions etc.
I wonder what platform will capitalize on this — will it be YouTube or a new platform?
I’d love to see a foldable with an e-paper display on the inside.
Meta (Facebook), by law, has to provide recommendation-algorithm-free feeds.
They do, but in my opinion, they are doing their very best to hide this option.

Perplexity has quickly become my favorite quick news app.
And it’s so simple; a feed that adapts to what you seem to like + Short AI summarized articles, with links to read more.
What the vibe fuck?
Google needs a “most comfortable route” option, to avoid sending you through small back roads just to save a few min.
👀
Agree
Tried Starlink on holiday.
It works. It’s a great option when you are somewhere where there is no 5G.
But if you do have 5G, like almost everywhere in the Netherlands, 5G is often the faster and more stable option.
Here you have the title. Don’t tell
me that makes it all super clear now — why the hell are the bars sized this way?
You actually used a different graph from the presentation. Look at the numbers.
First thing I’m going to ask GPT-5 is to explain this graph from the OpenAI GPT-5 presentation.
Random thought: Could a €16k Unitree robot earn back its cost doing street performances?
You can still do Microdose today
1. Microdose melatonin 3h before your ideal bedtime.
2. Microdose melatonin when you wake up in the middle of the night.
3. Get up at desired wake time.
4. Get sunlight immediately.
5. Don’t nap during the day.
6. Accept that first few days might be hard.
Microdose = 0,1mg
Feels like I have seen this graph before…
Wait a minu…
Only briefly tried it — my use-case for note taking is quick scribbles during calls. What I liked about the Remarkable is that I then had my notes on other devices (cloud) as well. But I have to first find a simple suitable android app, as the built in app syncs some obscure format to Google drive.
I can see how some people will fall in love with this device. — I’m going to see if this can get me off doomscrolling and into some books.
Ask me anything 👌
Then you will start to notice smaller things. I.e. if you add an article to the reader to read later, it just states “Untitled Document” while it could have easily picked the title of the doc/website. — and no obvious way to rename.
