I think for fixing my daily mental health's goal is to move around my body more often, A bit of walking outside, do a bit of house chores and play a bit of Beat Saber as for indoor exercise

I wish I can draw more fat stuff for you guys, but my mind set and motivation hasn’t been doing great constantly, it feels quite heavy thinking about negative life stuff that I need a break from it..
