Hard mode in Jimmy and the Pulsating Mass is fascinating and fun. With a few changes to a given enemy or boss, it can really ramp up how much that fight gets beefed up. Probably helps that the game before the hard mode update already asked a lot more of you than a bunch of other RPGs usually do.
