Saying “his” episodes implies there are episodes that actually focus specifically on Rocky, of which there are zero.
Also, the Thomas wiki is notoriously unreliable in many aspects. Friendly and helpful is all it really says, which applies to god knows how many characters from this show.

Can anyone at all tell me what Rocky’s personality is? He’d been in the show for 14 years and I can’t remember what kind of character he was supposed to be.
The other engines thought the Fat Controller’s latest purchase was a success, but Gordon had his doubts.
“I just don’t know… these diesels replaced my brothers, so I heard.”
Nino should have really just commissioned someone to make one for him or either made one himself.
Which just makes things even more confusing. Surely someone would have seen THAT
There’s a pretty cool final confrontation between Mario, Yoshi and Luigi vs Bowser and Bowser Jr during the climax.
So, been to see the Super Mario Galaxy Movie today. (first film I’ve seen in 3D for years)
It’s… fine. It does blast through stuff pretty quickly, never really seeming content on staying still for a second.
But I didn’t hate my time with this movie. I did enjoy it a fair bit.
More North Western diesel engines.
Why did I say very pretty generically? 😭
He’s just a typical diesels > steamies type, which they already had going on with Diesel and D10, except Norm has a backstory which I’ll go into later.
I dunno, I think his faulty engine, the only thing we’ve ever really known about Norm, could have been used in some way.
Big improvement over the original by giving these guys an actual introduction and even dialogue too.
Paxton is written pretty well, still feels like himself. Norman on the other hand, whilst he’s actually doing something for once, feels very pretty generically evil.
Why is Thomas being sent to the Docks to meet the new diesels before doing his branch line work? It’s never really explained.
So Mr Percival doesn’t see any problem with getting three tiny diesel shunters to do the work for three much bigger engines?
I don’t think it was such a good idea to put him in charge.
Mr Percival says that Edward helping out on the Main Line would leave the Brendam Branch completely unoccupied.
As if BoCo, Donald, Douglas, Derek and plenty of other engines don’t exist suddenly.
Again, how did D10 get away with this with nobody noticing?
I’m pretty sure it’s “we’ve been burgled.” not “we’ve been robbed.”
Where is Diesel hiding here?
Even more convenient that Gordon and Henry just so happened to be pulling trains at the exact same time as James, and Henry was allowed to be signalled through when a runaway train was coming his way.
Not sure how Diesel and D10 were able to achieve this with nobody else noticing. Very convenient for them that no other trains passed over Gordon’s Hill after they left and before James arrived.
I remember people being confused about the people on Gordon’s Express still being on the train when he crashes later.
Well this stationmaster tells his passengers to evacuate the train before telling Gordon to move. But his audio is so quiet it’s no wonder people were confused.
Similarish scene to the one where Belle visits Tidmouth Sheds and leaves with Thomas in the original.
Flynn gets mentioned here, though not because he’s being brought to Sodor to act as a ‘proper’ fire engine, he’s just some other fire engine Belle worked alongside previously.
No idea why Diesel needed to be D10’s evil henchman who obeys his every order when Splodge are already in this and were designed to be exactly that from day one.
Here they are…!
Whilst they have funny dialogue, Splatter and Dodge’s voices in this thing are so monotone and flat, really unfitting for them generally.
When people say the voice acting in this movie wasn’t that good, they’re talking about these two in particular.
Back to more generic evil shenanigans.
Diesel 10’s enemy in this movie seems to be Topham more than the steamies, he made that pretty clear in his first scene, not sure why he’s still so worked up over the steamies for.
Less of an interesting introduction for Belle. Getting to meet her and see what she does within the opening of the original was pretty effective.
We don’t get to see Belle fight any fires until near the end of this movie.
Why are these two in this? I don’t know.
I don’t think Molly shows up again until the very end anyway.
Thomas asks Topham how he will get back to Knapford when he and Percy ran out of water… did they forget Toby was there? I thought he brought Topham there in the first place.
Nice that Mavis is used to help Thomas and Percy back to the yard, good use of nice diesels at least.
Not sure why they have Percy saying why the fire engines couldn’t reach the fire twice.
Gives Topham more of a reason to purchase Belle so fires closer to the railway line can be tackled easier, when regular fire engines can’t access those areas.
Although, I’m pretty sure Belle was bought to just do regular engine work, with firefighting being something extra.
Oh wow, something from the actual DOTD is happening! Although a bit later on that it does originally.
This scene is a lot shorter than the original but I do like how it gives both an explanation as to how the fire started and a reason for why the fire engines can’t get to it.
