Oh yes the amount of space traditional mediums take up is an issue I'm facing as we speak 😂
I also like your favorite workflow. Might try that too.

Yes! I can totally imagine myself switching back and forth between mediums.
Defying gravity, scale and the number of iterations are the biggest advantages digital has. Absolutely.
Been thinking about switching to traditional fine art, especially seeing where commercial digital art is heading, but apparently I don’t have to give up digital within a week unless I want to impress the uptight Ginza galleries.
Thanks!

I actually think they're quite nice.
Started rewatching the old Thunderbirds shows I haven’t seen since childhood (because Paramount is being mean and hoarding my beloved Star Trek).
The amount of effort they put into that show must have been astronomical. The screenwriting, the effects… I’m honestly beyond speechless.

Yes! I absolutely love the weight and feel of the material, especially after being so used to creating things on a screen.
I enjoy working with both oil-based clays and polymer now😀
One person who follows me and enjoys my work had been attending every workshop hoping to see me, which is incredibly sweet.
I was really surprised that she recognized me from the clay piece I was working on.
Completed a three-day in-person clay modeling workshop yesterday.
It’s always so humbling and rewarding to speak with teachers and fellow artists.
'Gazing Upwards' can now be viewed in a virtual reality gallery alongside 51 other animal drawings!
Free to view and enjoy. 💙
Sorry, Kaos. Without an H...
Watching KHAOS on Netflix during lunch, and seriously why did no one tell me about this show??
It’s such a fascinating modern take on Greek mythology.
And Jeff Goldblum as Zeus… just being Jeff Goldblum is just great.

Day 2 of my 25‑minute clay sculpting practice.
Hopefully I can keep it up for at least two weeks to prepare for the workshop.

Remember that if you take a bad photo of a sunset that doesn’t mean nature is ugly, just that your camera and photography skills are ass
This is also why you shouldn’t feel bad about photos of your face and art 🫡
Beth Cavener is amazing. Her sculptures are quite large in real life, aren't they? I wish I could go see her works in person too someday...
Speaking of, she's doing an online workshop next month which I'm looking forward to 😀

Visited the Tokyo National Museum the other day.
I sometimes feel out of step with the modern world because museums feel so much like home to me.
I get placed into Cool Artist Starter Packs, but I don’t really feel like I belong there.
I just wish there were a way to quietly sign out without bothering the creator (Someone who probably just happened to saw something cool and wanted to share it, which is nothing but kindness).
The artworks I make often come from wounds and burdens I carry, and from the ones I’ve seen in others.
I imagine audiences can sense that too. After a long, exhausting day, I don’t blame anyone for scrolling past.
Been thinking about what to do with the skills gained over the years.
I even considered taking commissions or moving into game art or VFX, because that’s what everyone seemed to be doing at the time.
But then the rug was pulled out from beneath, and here I am now just making things for myself.

1000% this ☝️
Paramount is doing a huge disservice to humanity by not making Starfleet available on more widely available streaming services. And it's an amazing show.
Me too, I'm keeping my IT job. Sometimes it's the most practical way to do art🏢
Yeah, we never know how people find you. I think I will keep the hashtags while looking for people with similar interests😃
