Yes, they were accurate. I worked in Sterling Memorial library across from the cemetery and I recognized everything she described, the buildings, the restaurants, the secret societies and the neighborhood that is covered in book 2. I tried to get my sister who went to Yale to read it, no luck.

Loved the Ninth House, I worked at the Yale Library and my sister went to Yale so I was really invested in the series.

I did this a few years ago. We had the complete story collection in my library and I checked it out and read every story.

This is my next read. Audio book opened.

I recommended it to my sister after we found out during Covid that our grandfather was Jewish, but was passing as catholic or at least that was the lie the family told. His job at the kosher grocer store put a whole new spin on the lies.

I got about halfway through it. Let me know if the last half is worth it.
