A large tree shaped fountain in Minecraft
In just under two hours I'll be live streaming #Minecraft from the #AstraeaSMP.

This simple little thing made me realize how much I miss tinkering with electronics. I'll have to go find a fun project to work on, or see if there's anything else around the house that needs repairing. 😁
I used the continuity function on a multimeter and found one of the terminals was corroded enough that it wasn't getting a reading. I popped it out and threw it in some vinegar to clean it. After reinstalling the terminal and batteries, it worked! (2/3)
I have an old battery powered pepper grinder that's been broken for about a year. Today I was cleaning and almost threw it out, but decided that I'd try to crack it open and see if I could fix it (1/3).

If you aren't horribly jet lagged, Seattle has a good transit system. The waterfront/Pike Place Market is cool ("Skalka" is a good nearby restaurant for breakfast and lunch). The U-District, downtown and international districts are all fun to explore. Enjoy Seattle!

I've never had sinus congestion so bad that my eyeballs hurt before. I had a migraine yesterday, and every time the congestion would swap sides my migraine would travel with it. It was incredible.
Now that I'm feeling better, it's time to get stuff done.
Saturday I opened windows & cleared a bunch of dust out of my home. The dust + "Very High" pollen really messed with me. After three full days of:
* Saline spray
* Allergy spray
* Allergy pills
* Dayqil/nyquil (for sinus congestion/sleep)
* Eye drops
* Ibuprofen
* Neti pot
I finally feel better.

Preach. Maybe it's me getting older, but I've started having that mindset about a lot of stuff. Probably not a coincidence that I've been a lot happier overall since I've started caring less about how others perceive me. 💖
Tonight was my first ever experience being on the jumbo-tron at a large sporting event. It was very weird.

Slowly getting back on my #minecraft BS. I've been trying to pinpoint the theme I want for my next big base on the #astraeaSMP server and I think I'm starting to nail it down.
