Indeed. Complaints about redistricting are invalid. Republicans did it everywhere and invalidated a Constitutional Amendment so they could do it on explicitly racial lines.

There are two choices: use the same levers of power as Republicans do, or let them win. There is no "principled" opposition.

It absolutely came up. They were, as always, projecting when they mentioned "snowflake", etc.

The open, accepting people are unlike them. They got traumatized by love and empathy.

There have been tons of times where I've just started explaining things in DC without changing up my tone and people have interrupted me in shock to confirm what I was saying.

Seems to me like Trump is desperately begging Iran to sign a replica of the Obama JCPOA he tore up. All for the low low price of thousands dead, global instability, high energy prices, and a toll on ships through the once-free strait of Hormuz.

All of this is my personal hell.

While all of those are bad, none of them are the same as access journalism.

As I've said forever, access journalism is the reason. They want the access for the "scoops", so they kowtow.
