Yeah, manual. Just open app when you’re at stadium and you’ll see a check-in icon on the Home Screen. It’s one tap to check in. Easy stuff.

It’s supposed to remember your last setting, so if you toggle it off, it should stay toggled off til you re-enable. Is that not working for you? If not, are you iOS or Android?

Yep, had to check in while you were there. It’s geolocation-based, not something I can give credit for after the fact. 😕

But yeah, we snuck in the ability to see when all your cash back expires a little while ago. Glad you found it!

Cash back will typically expire just before the NEXT season begins, but since we launched late season, we extended it to Feb ‘26.

Ex:
* earn cash back in ‘25; expires in Feb ‘26.
* earn cash back in ‘26; expires in Feb ‘27.

ie, lots of chances to use during season, holidays, kit launch, etc.

It’s still on my list and now well within my ability to deliver it. 🙂

I believe we will come up with a better solution; just needed a lil more time to work it out in a fair and transparent way.

Reality is “the waitlist” is not just a simple list with everyone on it sorted by timestamp. Folks who want GR seats are different from say, a business who wants a suite, for example, so it ends up becoming a complex matrix with a lot of overlap and a number of factors.

Great question! Waitlist is a key area I want to bring a lot more transparency (and fun!) to in 2025, but it’s not something I can do unilaterally, so we’ve got a lil working group figuring out the best way to do it.
