I'm not convinced the USA will ever really recover from this. Certainly not in the way it has from other things. Not in a way that is particularly recognizable and not before climate change and billionaire policies kill genuinely biblical amounts of poor people.

At some point of ttrpg podcasting everyone hits that moment where you realize you're just doing it on autopilot. It feels natural to record yourself and your friends and playing tabletop games together without recording feels almost weird.

"Smelling burnt toast" is not a precursor to a stroke despite what popular media and common belief would tell you.

The progenitor of this rumor was a Canadian woman who had a seizure, not a stroke, and she was a unique case.

This sounds genuinely awful. I hope this flare dies down soon.
