A steel mixing bowl filled with coconut-flavored hand-whipped cream.

Made whipped cream for the first time tonight. Apparently, according to one person on Threads, I should *not* be proud of myself for that, but I say, “get in the sea,” to that person.
I put a liter of heavy cream in the bowl, and added 1/4 cup of white sugar and 1 teaspoon of coconut extract. 🤤

Bet that was an interesting conversation! 😳

There was a rumor that a plane crashed into the Spanish power grid, before that a rumor of cyberattack, and Portuguese authorities made the accusation that the Spanish grid reacted badly to an “atmospheric anomaly.” I’ll check for more details in the morning when I’ve slept.

Getting reports that Portugal, Spain, and parts of France and Germany are currently without power. Cyberattack is suspected, though not confirmed.

During our conversation, it came to me that I could identify at least 4 places that were meaningful to both of us for various reasons, including our first (and only) trip together.

Nah, I live in the UK now, but I used to live about 10 minutes outside Columbia, and I used to go to Wegmans all the time. It was great!
