The fish followed a pretty similar process, just was more simple!

The texture was made in Adobe substance painter! I also had the help of a plugin called "SimpleDiffuse". It was extremely useful and a bunch of the front end of the work for me! It costed $25.

The low-poly was also made in blender! This used the traditional retopo method.

The High Poly was sculpted in blender! The hair was made using the hair particle system in blender, then converted into a mesh!

She was rendered in unreal engine. This is also where her hair moving effects, breath bubbles, and even the water effect was brought to life.
