All Purpose Waterfront closing abruptly is bad for local beer, too. They sold a lot of DC Brau there.

As the beer-buyer for a liquor store, I won't stock anything with "AI" labels. It's a bit of a bummer turning down some beers that I know are great, but they're not worth it. Gotta draw a line — literally and figuratively I guess.

There are so many ways to cut corners in brewing and make cheaper, shittier beer as a result. If you use AI in your labeling and marketing, I'm going to assume you cut corners on the beer and have no interest in buying it. It's not even an ethics consideration at that point, just avoiding bad beer.
