I’m going to be deleting this app from my phone and staying away for awhile. The past few days have been difficult and I think I need to really spend more time talking and being with friends and family because this app, whilst being a mainly positive place, isn’t helping me right now ❤️

That's a good idea. I think it genuinely is related to disability/health why I don't have it on and we're supposed to be DEI champions where I work so I'll send an informal message to the manager citing that and see what happens. Hopefully he doesn't show himself as a total prick lol

Out of curiosity I bought his book ‘National Populism’. It is a book full of the most surface level dog whistling bullshit I’ve ever read and it’s not my first time reading right wing nonsense. So to see him get humbled in such a way was especially beautiful.
I usually keep quiet about politics but so happy Reform lost, and especially happy Matt Goodwin was the candidate that lost. I had first head of him back in 2019 when he was making the rounds as some kind of right wing populist prophet who predicted Boris’s rise to PM (lol).
