He was an absolute joy to work with and to know. As we take a moment to celebrate his many contributions to our community, our thoughts are also with Michael’s family and friends at this difficult time.
Michael worked with the Traverse numerously over the years, starring in Lie Low by Ciara Elizabeth Smyth at TravFest23, co-creating our digital playwriting workshop series Building Blocks, and was selected in 2022 as our IASH x Traverse Fellow alongside long-term writing partner Oisín Kearney.
Everyone at the Traverse is heartbroken to hear of the passing of our friend and collaborator Michael Patrick.
