Just an update since a month ago when I was having issues with my chest. I am feeling much better now and feel more myself.

My apologies for being quiet the past few weeks. I was rushed to the hospital with pains in my chest and heart.
I had multiple ECG, blood tests and X rays.
Thankfully nothing serious is the issue. Muscular skeletal to the chest and maybe stress.

It took me 4 days. But some of that time was spent waiting for the coving to fully set which was 24 hours.
Most of the prep work took a day and a half pretty much.

And this is the finished product by yesterday in the evening. Took its toll but I am happy with the finished product. :)
On Sunday I installed the coving. It would have been done on Saturday but I could not work out how to do the stop ends and needed some time to do my research and such.
Friday was the busiest day. 11 hrs. Sanded everything, sugar soaped all walls, rinsed all the walls. Masking taped everything. Primer all walls. Two white coats all walls and did the ceiling. All prepared for the coving to be installed, painted and the walls painted also.
This was the work I did last Thursday. There was damage that I had to fill and repair before the decoration could start.
My apologies to everyone that I have been quiet for the past week or so. I have recently been decorating my office / games room. Will have it finished tomorrow or Tuesday at long last. :)
