As far as I know he is! Not sure why he isn't on Gutenberg, possibly due the scarcity of hard copies of his books
Yes there is a touch of The Hound in there too! Particular in the diary entries!
You can get his books in ebook form - Black Heath do a very cheap edition, and the Ash Tree Press too
My wife who proof listens to my recordings said much the same - she particularly liked the no-nonsense solution to having a haunted house!
