The colonial era of multi-national retailers.

The owner was 90 years old and no one stepped up to buy it when he need to sell.
There are no “Back to the 90s” classic car shows. At least the 50s cars have staying power in our memory!
I was referring mainly to the various news orgs asking for comment on ongoing Uptown issues and she's not returned their requests. As for fraud, yeah agree with ya there.
Chugtai has been AWOL. Multiple news orgs report that she has not "responded to repeated requests for comment" on issues affecting Ward 10, especially Uptown. Not a good look.
The solution is thicker walls, concrete for example. Relatives in Europe live in houses with shared walls made to block out noise.
Where is Anderson Cooper conducting his balcony interviews? Looks west of DT.

I work at an airport and the amount of people who dress nice far outnumbers the occasional slob.
For the life of me I cannot fathom how ignorant so many of the big-money candidates were. The very basics.
Coach Tim Walz would be the first responder in an alternate universe.

What? He should have gone to Bogarts!
For years I was OK with pedestrianization. Post pandemic and with loss of major retailers it is now a dumb idea. Maybe 10-15 years from now if all of Nicollet is packed with small vibrant businesses and major regional attractions, more residents, then maybe.

This used to be very common. Young people moving to jobs in new cities landed at residential hotels, boarding houses, etc. Cost per unit is lower with shared common areas, kitchens etc.
There is only one spot at 26th and Lyndale that is an empty restaurant space...therefore... it must be the old Common Roots spot! I'm not even vegan, but I get excited for the vegans and the food ecosystem that it's creating making our fine city a great place to be!
On a single block of Bryant I saw 4 Millard signs.
Coming soon to Shelter Me on PBS stations: the Wedge LIVE Cat Tour.

In London, a true Cockney is someone born within earshot of the bells of St Pauls Catherdral. Not real borders. Maybe, put a bell tower on the top of the Uptown Theater sign :)
There used to be more strip mall parking closer to the center of Uptown in the Golden Ages. Arby's for one, Cub Foods is still that. Hmmm...
Meg?
Using a pic of the old Bryant Ave shared lane? LOL
Love the New Orleans sound with this group!
