Itβs currently in the uk Β£30 or $40 a roll π±π±π± for 35mm

Correct
They are just so different.
For me the Xpan looks at the world and presents it perfectly perfect.
The swing lenses see the world and present it in a most imperfect but incredibly perfect way.
And thatβs with the 30π±
I bought 2 Nikon lenses and an adapter now I have a 35mm and a 28mm both with some shifting capabilities.
Some drop off at the edges but the additional width / height makes up for that
Itβs crazy wide when you compare
But in use you get so used to the extreme width that everything else seems really tight π
Probably a significant reason why I shoot about 15-20 rolls on this to 1-2 on the Xpan.
Another direct comparison. (excuse my bad scanning)
Xpan at top 45mm lens
Widelux below 28mm, same vantage point.

The difference is somewhat significant.
For me the main problem with the Xpan 45mm lens is the lack of height. Width is generally ok, but I now have the 28mm for it that's far more suitable #xpan #widelux #filmphotography
Aye for sure
There are very few of these left in Glasgow.
They have been systematically covering them over with tarmac for decades
Glasgow alleyway. Though it is called by the older name of place "Union Place"
Much loved by many a portrait cliche hunters, not loved by nostrils.

It is a hybrid bridge / building construction which I assume explains the allowance for structural movement on the street
Anyone got anything to add to this?
It really is mind boggling the sort of shit I notice.
Yet I walked into the office, sat down & didn't notice a full F1 car in the window...
I was walking past this building the other day and noticed the metal framed rubberised channels on the ground.
It got me thinking about their purpose.
was it some sort bomb screens that rapidly rise.
A bridge? But this didn't make sense.
Got back home and looked up the building
and sure enough..

Some questions, some already covered by others:
Type of camera (some are more likely to do it than others)
Evidence (show us what it looks like - scan will do initially- negs would also be grand if colour film the colour of the "leak" is important)
Tape it up (check for back seal issues)
The concept could be adapted π€
How much you willing to pay π
You can see this person really cared that they were blocking the gate on abandoning their bike.
London, yesterday, outside Liverpool st. Station.

Waiting for a flight to London and getting the emergency alert at #glasgowairport
Doesnβt bode well for flight being on time ππ
Thank you π
You can just leave them out and crop in post ?
You would think, surely there would be a pattern as it was used to do something, but no.....|random weirdness....
yeah it delivers consistent colour for sure
And to finish off my @realitysosubtle.bsky.social #35p posts for today.
