1080p with anti-aliasing and a solid 60fps is generally /good enough/ for me. I prefer more, but I'm fine with it. Recently played Dishonored 2 and for some unknown reason they tied mouse speed to FPS even though physics weren't. So i had to lock lower than 120 just to keep consistent aiming.

As an avid gamer with a 240hz monitor, honestly if the game is done right and it's the right TYPE of game 30fps is fine. I played Dave the Diver on 30fps on my steam deck to save battery and while I could feel/see the difference if I compared it to 60 the game felt great in 30.

One minor polish type thing, and is likely related to the 'loading' issues City of the Wolves experiences is that when you highlight a character on character select it will load a low quality version of the character first then the different shader effects will 'pop' in over time. Looks bad.

To be clear, I know select IS reset, I'm using that as an example of one of the shortcuts. You should be able to bind a button to save/load state at bare minimum. Record/pause & play would be nice but having to go to pause menu to save/load state every time sucks and is SO slow.

SNK should have considered having Code Mystics do KOF13's update rather than do SvC Chaos. if they didn't feel like delaying SvC or KOF13 to allow CM to do both, have Safari do SvC. SvC is a niche & panned fighter while Mystic has historical quality results & KOF13 is one of SNK's most beloved games
