(Basically the game is trying to set a monitor resolution that doesn't exist I think.)

Oh I see this now "IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array."

Try deleting the save files, then changing the resolution of your monitor or unplugging a monitor if you have more than one. If you can get in-game you can go into the settings and set the resolution properly.

Sorry about the slow reply here! I think you might need to try deleting your save file? (I'm not sure how it got messed up but clearing might fix the problem)
