TBH I can't find a Jacq tree relation. It's all flower with him! Do you have a link to more info? As for Clavell, however, the dual meaning of Carnation and Clove gives him that tree foundation, since Clove is a tree! I'm loving this

[husband spills coffee beans all over the tile floor. He brings out a vacuum, plugs it in]

"You would rather use a vacuum than a broom on a tile floor, huh?"

"I don't need your sass" he says
