All that plus jet lag! Thank goodness because of the puppy I have been getting up at 5am PST lately anyway so I was functional at 8am EST 😂

Session went great, really engaged, and got lots of great comments after even as I run into people in the halls.

Made it to the session 15 min before it started.

Then the speaker timer on the floor was set to one hour so I was like oh…I guess the session is shorter than I thought. So I went to wind it down.

Nope it was 2.5 hrs. Luckily my MC caught what was going on.

Nothing like flying cross country on a 24 hr turn around to do a hands on crisis management lab for a CFO conference…to have your alarm not go off and you wake up 45 min before the session is supposed to start.

Thank god for CG training me to get ready fast af when I need to. 1/x
