I look forward to them when they happen and I hope that they make you many of the dollars however they get published
Posts by D is tired, but there is coffee
Same.
I hate this very much as someone who is eager to buy the next one of your books
Also, that if you are interested in a significant number of the nominees and have 50 extra dollars, you could spend that to get all of them or most of them and also get to vote on who wins
Look, I am just gonna point out that a voting membership would be an excellent gift to give me and a digital attendance ticket would be an incredibly extravagant one.
Standing at $320/$1090 and just anything else and is immensely appreciated

shouldn't be allowed to choose their own clerks, shouldn't be allowed to accept fees for speaking or prize money or awards. shouldn't be able to get book deals, etc. etc. if what you want is to be famous, well, no one is forcing you to be a supreme court justice.
Yes pretty much
As compared to both straight and homosexual people for the purpose of getting to call this a privilege.
you can choose to have heterosexual relationships and opt out of the discrimination people in same-sex relationships experience.
we are ignoring the disproportionately negative physical and mental health outcomes and higher rates of Familial and intimate partner violence experienced by bi people
As a bisexual, I should not have to explain to anyone why bisexuality is not a privilege and yet I might have to do that shit today and I’m not even getting paid for it and it makes me wanna stab humans
I have read some, but not yet all of the finalist on this list and it would be really hard to choose and also really wish I could both is year.
Same and I am so not looking forward to it for an ever increasing number of reasons
I would watch my friends kids much more if there were indoor playgrounds. Like the number of times have not volunteered to take a friend’s kid to the park so they could do whatever because I knew I could not do that without overheating and creating a situation none of us needed. Many times.
I am only looking today and also this is too small for me, but I do hope there are other rings like this one In later times because I like this one a lot

Brass is good, more brass. #look, I like the silvers and the brasses and the coppers and I’m may warm up to the gold one of these days.
So I know this is as much as a month’s rent at the last place I had a lease, but even at that price this is a steel and like if I had the money I would snatch it. billionaires just ruining the economy again by not giving me many dollars.
And I’ve heard discussion about how you shouldn’t hit kids when you’re upset and angry and I agree, but if you can take the time to calm yourself down before doling out punishment, you are not going to convince me you can’t take the time to figure out a punishment that isn’t just brutality.
I remember some of the justifications for the times I was hit as a child but honestly, there is not one that I can unequivocally say decades later at this point wasn’t just justification for doing violence to someone who couldn’t fight back.
"I got smacked as a kid and it didn't do me any harm!"
Yes, it did, my friend - you think it's okay to physically assault tiny people who are weaker than you with no power and actually look to you for protection. You are, in fact, really quite harmed.
Never mind the evidence: San Francisco, after several decades, is moving to abandon harm reduction as a principle in its substance use policy.
Supes push measure to require supportive housing to ban the use of illegal drugs.

On this 4/20, please consider donating to The Last Prisoner Project which advocates on behalf of those still incarcerated for cannabis convictions in the year 2026, where we can walk into a dispensary and meet the 24 year old parrot who lives there.

Yay for having some energy
so what do people know about the show, the pit, one of my partners maybe wants to have us both watch it, but I don’t know, I am hearing some things that have been concerned. and I simply do not need to watch another thing that is gonna make me pissed about the universe.
Look therapy is often inaccessible, deeply problematic, and full of a lot of nonsense but also I am increasingly frustrated with people who can’t be bothered to engage with therapy, but also don’t have emotional regulation skills and aren’t doing anything else to rectify that
I've been thinking about the backlash Marie Kondo got and I think part of it was not just that she was saying "buy less shit" she was explicitly say "only buy what actually makes you happy" and in a nation of conspicuous consumption it pissed people off.
I definitely prefer bigger for yogurt I know I like, but sometimes I wanna try new flavors/types and single serve can be good for that. And also for when I’m in hotels and stuff.
Definitely, also, I appreciate you mentioning the glass yogurts because it’s a good reminder to meet to check when I get back to the East Coast, which places have them, I like the yogurt as a very occasional treat, but I also repurposing the glass jars for small pour serving glasses
If one person with green eyes said they spoke for the entire population of the world on how green eyed people lived, you'd think that would be wild.
Apply this same thinking to marginalized populations speaking about their lives. No one person speaks for universal truths for all of their label.
