In an ideal future I hope P+R sites get solar covered though, mostly because it would be amazing to have all those cars charging at slow speed while they're parked for 8+ hours, at next to no cost on a sunny day.

If you watch a lot of local TV news in the morning like I do, you really see how traffic violence is background noise in our daily lives. Crashes in the traffic report, stories about pedestrians being hit, cars into buildings, road rage. The danger on our roads is a constant feature.
