What did I miss?

Me on my walk earlier.
I’m trying to clean my office to get ready for a busy week and busy summer. School is winding down but market season is gearing up and this year, I’m managing.
Taking a break from cleaning. Listening to Kenny Rogers and trying to get my space ready for a busy week.
You know you’re getting older when Sunday comes around and you’re excited to have an entire day to clean.
I didn’t notice. I love the description of observant little potato owl.
I had a spiritual awakening before the election and was well on my way to embracing witchy practices. After the election, and nearly twenty years of deconstruction, I no longer identify as a Christian because I refuse to believe that he is chosen by God.
Totally agree. The second time I saw it with a nearly packed house and people were way more respectful. A few people quietly laughed at some of the dialogue but I was able to actually watch it and take it all in. I thought the rude people actually disrespected the movie itself.
I paid $4.99 a dozen for eggs the other day but they were smaller and at Grocery Outlet. It’s still too high. I haven’t seen gas under two dollars a gallon since I was a teenager in the late nineties.
Hello. Resting up for one last day of subbing in preschool tomorrow. If you see this picture, take a nap.
Saw Sinners twice this week. I saw it twice because when I went onTuesday the people next to me were so loud I couldn’t enjoy the movie. I went back and reclaimed the experience. It’s truly a work of art. The music. Acting. Story. See it in the theater if you can. Stay for the credits.
Hi. I’m laughing because my hanging CPAP makes me look like I’m in a hospital. I’m in bed because I’m cold. Getting ready to water some plants outside and get to work on planning for the next few weeks. I have lots to prepare for including the launch of my mobile bookstore.
Movie you’ve watched more than six times using GIFs.
Happy Birthday!
I want to find a place that sells samples. I’ve heard of stores that sell small pieces of different cakes with filling and frosting to try.
Really late but here I am. Showing off my ultra soft shirt from Small Town Weirdo.
I had 35 followers on my stories. I have 5.
I’m subbing for a preschool in a couple of weeks. 9 littles. No assistants. I’m excited but really nervous.
This is me in my new T-shirt smiling because I put a call out on our local Facebook group for used books to resell at our local Saturday Market and people delivered! I responded to twenty emails and went to four different locations to pick up books. I’m so excited to offer a mobile bookstore.
Every day gets worse. Apparently today at a women’s day event, Trump called himself the fertilization President.
I made all of these today.
She hasn’t set foot in a school. Neither has Trump. They have no idea what public school is really like. We could have had a vice president who understands and values education but voters chose someone else.
Scores are low because kids who were in school during the pandemic didn’t get the reading, writing, and math skills they needed. There’s no proper mental health support so kids with severe behavioral issues aren’t getting the help they need. School need more funding and they won’t get it now.
My feet cramp in the winter and hurt. The socks help reduce the cramping. I’ve been able to sleep barefoot lately and it’s nice.
(reposted because there was identifying information)
This is from Thursday. I was excited because my shirt is one size smaller.
My parents were listening to hate speech coming from a church pulpit. I decided to reset my nervous system with some digital art. When they throw hate at me, I choose love.
Yes. The research stuff I picked up in my grad program helped a lot. I used what I learned about systems for gathering articles to use for researching my novels.
Sometimes I feel like the best thing I got from my English degree was the ability to tell a reliable source from an unreliable source.
The government should never be allowed to control what someone’s hair looks like.
Got my hair cut today.
