These are different, they have long legs and their feathers are messy. Since I was a kid my parents had canaries and budgies. My parents only had one breed of canaries so the melody didn't very much, just the pitch and breath of the bird. This one the melody is a bit different.

Turtle's name came because she has 3 colors and she reminds me of the tortoiseshell cat. Seymour, as a baby was always asking for food. So "feed me, Seymour!" from Little Shop of Horrors was always on my mind. I had to names Audrey for girl, Seymour for boy. He's a boy, Seymour it is.

Turtle is a female so she doesn't sing. Although I had two female that sang... very badly 😅. Blondie sings lovely and loudly, but sometimes e forgets how the song goes. Seymour is now trying to sing so I don't know yet. Blondie is because he's yellow.

The other birdies in the house. Yellow canary is Blondie, he is the dad. The white and brown is Turtle, she the mom. The one on top all white is the son, Seymour. Mom is 2y old, dad is 1,5y old and Seymour is 6 months.
