3-6 months of strength training.
25 reps per exercise per week
Track your pain using the Pain Scale
0=no pain, 10= Im dead.
And Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE), how hard is it?
0= easy 10=Im dead.

1) Copenhagen side plank, isometric hold, knee bent
2) Copenhagen side plank knee bent
3) Copenhagen side plank knee straight
This is the daddy of groin exercises - directly targeting your groin muscles.

1) Side lying, no resistance, just gravity
2) Side lying with a resistance band
3) Off-step abduction with resistance band

1) Light resistance band or light weight on the cable machine.
2) Medium resistance band or weight on the cable machine.
3) Off-step hip flexion with a kettlebell.
