The fizzi sweet spot developed by paul carson msc physio - showing that beginners with groin pain need to do 25 reps per week per exercise with an RPE of 7-9 (how hard is the exercise?) and pain score of 1-4

The fizzi sweet spot developed by paul carson msc physio - showing that beginners with groin pain need to do 25 reps per week per exercise with an RPE of 7-9 (how hard is the exercise?) and pain score of 1-4

Rules, Reps and Sets

3-6 months of strength training.

25 reps per exercise per week

Track your pain using the Pain Scale
0=no pain, 10= Im dead.

And Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE), how hard is it?
0= easy 10=Im dead.

This is how you build strength with mild pain.

Physio Hot Take: Skip the MRI. ๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿฆด

Unless youโ€™ve got "Red Flags" (numbness when wiping/incontinence), scans often cause more panic than progress. You can have a 'bulging disc' and zero pain, or a clean scan and be in agony.

70% of cases heal in 14 days with walking. ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’จ
