I vote that we feed the rich who live off the work of others to the Yule Cat, since they’re definitely not contributing anything of value to society. Eat the rich Yule Cat!!

The Yule cat was traditionally used as a threat and incentive for farm workers to finish processing the wool collected in the autumn before Christmas. Those who took part in the work were rewarded with new clothes, but those who did not would get nothing and thus would be prey for the Yule cat.

A square collage of a big black cat in front of various sections of blue mountain like background and pale tan or blueish scenes from a Japanese style water scene. Text on the cat spell out “Yule cat is watching you” with different letters cut out from different images, thus not matching.

First art of the year! Yule Cat calendar collage.

The Yule cat (Icelandic: Jólakötturinn or Jólaköttur) is a huge and vicious cat from Icelandic Christmas folklore that lurks in the snowy countryside during the Christmas season and eat people who didn’t receive new clothing before Christmas Eve.

Out of the 29 pins in the container, someone bought this one. (And another non-cat pin) good thing there’s 2 with similar ginger cats. I was going to show you this one, but you had already left.

My signs for the local protest march & rally! One side is my continuing protest sign theme of anti genocide & the other was inspired by the musical Hamilton and a book cover art for George Orwell’s book1984

Kitties! I call them my “calico cinnamon roll” (she often sleeps in a sphere form) and my “turnover kitty” (you have to turn over covers to find him)

Everyone pictured here thinks they’re a cat. We got the Corgi Toasted Loaf (culturally raised a kitty since 8 weeks haha), the calico Cinnamon Roll, & the gray tabby Turnover (cause you need to turn over a blanket, or in this case a shower curtain, to find him.)
