This is an opportunity to hear directly about recent changes to the NSF (USA) structure and funding opportunities relevant to plant biologists, especially ECRs in the plant sciences. We hope this conversation will help clarify current priorities and identify potential pathways for future proposals.

I had a great time helping host students from the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation Boys & Girls Club on their visit to KU! 🌱 I walked them through the Wagner Lab and shared what I do day-to-day. We talked about plant–microbe interactions, what it's like to be a researcher, & careers in plant science.
