Yeah I definitely need to seal it a bit. Some will be exposed because I initially needed to do this for the mouth stretching vs folding in so much. Some colleagues have done this for the mouth folds but Iโd if they sealed anything

I feel it. I rarely ever go there and we have one right in town lol. Imma take this in for a refund crossing fingers that works .
WHY WOULD THEY CHARGE THE 20 LB PRICE FOR A 5 POUND VERSION MY GOD. Idk if I ever plan to trust Michaels again. losing trust for every company these days HOBOY
I thought I ordered my regular large amount of plaster gauze from Michaels (FOR $70!!) because the PHOTO they used on the listing was the 20 lb case. but now upon receiving a sad tiny box of it it says 5 pounds. And on Amazon it's the same price for the actual 20 lb version ๐ข
Thank you! I am just experimenting with this and it seemed so perfect!
Hoping itโll be super extra realistic wheee!
Attempting to do โshirringโ with elastic thread on this fleece for parrot faces cross fingers for me ๐ค
That is so awesome!!!!!
This is so cool???? Iโve not seen a lot of realistic horns of this type and size on a mask!
Contemplating the sale of the first head I ever made. $600. IT HAS FLAWS. Comes with an abbreviated set of hands that I never liked. Horns are cast of foam, and fragile. I can cast new horns for $100-150 species dependent at buyers request. More pics in replies.
Itโs showing up good on my phone but Iโve had similar issues with videos on here ๐ฉ
Or a real โACTSHULLY WE DONโT COVER THAT TOO BADโ
Was an ordeal with ups recently so yeah I need to keep depending on usps like I had always done previously. Very importanttt
I'd love to answer any questions you have if you wanna play with making something realistic!
Thatโs actually hella smart. You are just so creative. ๐
Testing to see if my photos upload correctly via mobile - wip vs nearly done! Final photos coming soon โจ
THE PUNISHER BECOMES THE PUNISHED! That's fun
I just counted and we've done at LEAST 174 masks/ partials to date since 2012 when we started. Not including any toony masks we've made just for fun. That's so crazy!
Uncountable amounts of blank orders also in that time. ๐ช
I have had to come to terms with a lot of things that most (not all but most) colleagues already understand and I've had a hard time wrapping my head around as a people pleaser. In setting boundaries I'm making things more positive for myself and people that give me money for a product ๐
Taking the sadness and guilt I've felt and manifesting it instead into anger. Enough to put it towards meaningful changes in my Terms of service and ways I can work on boundaries to be able to work on mutual professionalism and try to keep things that don't belong separate from business.
absolute peak expressiveness with this. And perfect photos for the vibe of the suit as well!
So fun!

Love that!!!
I did! I also like the idea of smaller sculpts that can just be painted and use less material and less production work/ sold for way cheaper. Would love to try and sculpt more like that again! Iโve tried a few times.
I wish it was just temporary but this has been my mindset as long as I can remember. Itโs a serious problem because itโs causing me to be unable to thrive with a job thatโs supposed to be my dream. It just wonโt go away. Looking up online therapy but so far they donโt take my insurance.
People literally growing a trauma connected to their character /sona because of a not perfect commission experience. While maybe they're being a little harsh, I understand though. I've apparently done that to people and I can't handle that weight. It's so much. I just need to not take it so hard.
