Having the 600 quid or so they're talking about in that graph per month would've been life changing 15 years ago.
nowadays that isn't the case.
The graph just doesn't support the shit arse argument he wants to make on it's own and wouldn't when combined with other data such as avg rent price.
I'm pretty sure every single person I've ever seen talk about income and inequality has made the point that while incomes have increased the price of everything has increased even more.
They call it "the cost of living crisis", no less. Like it's not a hard concept to have grasped at this point.
there's a lot to roast this man for and im choosing what do you mean "someone posted evidence showing widely held views about inequality and incomes are not in fact the case"
This is a graph showing median income pre and post housing costs.
that isn't the thing you said at all???
wouldnt it be funny if someone made me ultra wealthy tho
just like
as a laugh
let me tell you my wife got absolutely sick of this song when I was looking around the flat for my black gaffa tape.
I can't be stopped.
a whatsapp screenshot of a conversation with my wife my wife: I bought us Thai curry meal so that should burn it right out of you (context: I'm sick) me: (to the tune of pink pony club by chappel roan) I'm gonna keep on eating all the THAI CURRY MEAL. also the background of our chat is Majima Everywhere from Yakuza featuring many scenes of Majima ambushing Kiryu.
this is probably the worst thing chappel roan has done
a catch 22
you would never see me again
the super rich: I'm gonna use my power and wealth to ruin the lives of people who are different to me!
has never made sense to me. what a waste. if I had a lot of money I would build a basement lan center I could play video games and dnd in with all of my friends.
aw jeez rick
"multiple billionaires and governments around the world are pouring hundreds of millions of dollars into propaganda specifically about how you're awful and want to hurt their children.
But how do you feel about the UK supreme Court saying you can only be a real woman if you can get pregnant?"

idk man probably not good
"we were at best silent & at worst actively laundering reputations of bigots for the last decade while they decimated your ability to exist through attacks on every angle incl employment, healthcare & everything inbetween
But how do you feel 1 year after this one specific legal outcome?"
but naturally the government desperately want you to think it's someone else's fault and not ask them too many questions about when the pot holes will be fixed.
one post I saw was trying to shift blame onto car manufacturers saying its their fault for making and marketing bigger heavier vehicles
But also you are the govt and you could just set regulations about how large or heavy a personal vehicle can be lol.
from all angles pot holes are govt failures
the politics guys posting about how "pot holes are being made worse by heavier vehicles costing us all more!" is very funny to me
Because there would be nothing to make worse if roads were properly maintained and they could just raise road tax for heavier vehicles so it doesn't cost all of us more.
u are so tron now that if you get on any kind of bike you will find you can only ride in perfectly straight lines
where were you?
o that's right. probably defending bigots and platforming their bigot shit while ignoring marginalised communities being crushed beneath the boot.
it turns out the supreme Court ruling didn't really affect my healthcare, job opportunities, ability to go out in public and use public spaces etc specifically because transphobia had already fucked those things around so bad.
a thing you could have been writing about for the last decade.
"it's been 1 year since the supreme Court ruled in favour of bigots and undermined decades of equalities law and progress. what do trans people think about this"
articles can eat my whole post-shit pre-wipe ass. they know shits fucked/was already fucked for us before this ruling. do some journalism
my wife finds it very annoying because she can't leave me for five minutes without someone approaching me and trying to spark up a conversation.
hahahahaha
Waleswall? Cornwales?
I'm in.
True. We do need to fix that before Cornwall can become a full blown trans haven.
I'd say this is about average for how nights out go for me.
It's nice and we meet new people who say nice things about me.
I was recently at a night out and my group of 30 y/os heard fresh prince come on and started singing along then a teenager joined in promising she knew all the words despite being a decade or so too young
she did admirably. flattered us by saying we looked young. drank our cocktails and disappeared
I keep telling all the transgenders who live in my phone to move to Cornwall
