And oh lawd, did I have to fight from bursting into tears during the final race. Speed listening to his car to restart it and then flashing back to memories of his family?
"... you just take my breath away."
God damn, do I love that corny ass movie.
(I mostly succeeded at not tearing up. Mostly.)

Oh! It was nice to see Speed Racer's end credits get tweaked so the Wachowskis are credited as A) The Wachowskis and B) Lana and Lilly.
I'm not sure if that was changed before this particular release, but this was my first time seeing it.
Agreed.
It’s an incredible collection!
Enjoy it!

Here he comes…
Zero-One is my emotional favorite since it was the series that introduced me to Kamen Rider (and it's still plenty great!), but Geats is a better show, for sure.
If you've ever been interested in checking out that Kamen Rider show I occasionally nerd out about on here, now's the time. Apple TV has the entire Kamen Rider Geats series (49 subtitled episodes) on sale for a paltry $8.
It's my favorite of the Reiwa Era Rider series. Just loads of dumb fun.
It's a very good show!
Our kid got into this show when it first came out years ago. I had initially dismissed it as one of the legion of "two random characters have comic misadventures" Regular Show knock-offs that were out back then, but it turned out to be pretty great!
It's basically Flight of the Conchords for kids.
Today's news proves that it's time to bring them back!
I did! The only problem is that I already own the entire collection of the Complete Peanuts both physically and digitally. 😅
Thanks for thinking of me, though! It IS an incredible deal if you don't already own 'em.
Wildly enough, I paid $40 through Amazon literally yesterday.
I don't know what's going on with Amazon's pricing. I ordered it literally yesterday and got it for $40.
Best Birthday and Pied Piper were both direct to DVD and never aired on TV... maybe that has something to do with what’s keeping them off this collection?
It also doesn't have any of the recent specials that were produced once Apple got the rights (from 2021's For Auld Lang Syne onward).
The final two missing "classic" specials, It Was My Best Birthday Ever, Charlie Brown (1997) and It’s the Pied Piper, Charlie Brown (2000), are the last two with which Schulz was involved (Pied Piper released after his death).
Strangely enough, You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown (1985) is also based on a preexisting musical (from 1967), but that one's on here. Who knows how the licensing agreements for these two specials got worked out?
Three of the missing specials are likely due to licensing issues. Snoopy! The Musical (1988) is based off a 1975 musical, It’s the Girl in the Red Truck, Charlie Brown (1988) is the weird live action/animation hybrid, and You’re in the Super Bowl, Charlie Brown (1994) has NFL imagery.

The other day, I learned that there's a recently-released Blu-ray (it's on DVD, too) box set that contains nearly all the Peanuts TV specials. Obviously, I snapped it up on the quick.
Holy crap!
Dang... our troops can trade that stuff to any cleric villagers they encounter to score some emeralds. Not bad!

That seems like it would be the game, right? It’s a good one!
Outstanding.

Truly, he is risen.
I was hoping DNA Design would give us a Maser Cannon trailer for him, but alas.
