I’ve shared my set up and I can’t get others to follow.

I give it some fairly constrained spec, usually 2 to 6 sentences. I get it to read code base, write a design into a confluence page. I read that carefully, asking for amendments if needed.

I then get it to write a Jira ticket, or maybe decompose into several.

I then press go.

I’m in the bucket of getting 5x gains. I have a custom subagents/coordinator setup. An architect, a coder, a tester, a version control actor, a librarian (knows how to read and write confluence/internet/do research), a Jira subagent.

There are people that are wizards with this - they understand how to specify their work intrinsically- and there are people that have been coding jocks their entire life that will never be on that level.
