I thought that you weren’t doing that stuff anymore?
Shergar.
A photo of a roundabout with a large England flag flying from a lamppost on it, and a number of smaller England flags pushed into the grass around the edge of the roundabout's central reservation.
A closer shot of the ground-flags on the central reservation.
And here are the newly installed ground-flags around the Steam Wagon roundabout up by BBC Radio Shropshire.
I've half a mind to nip up there and just rip them out.
As I said yesterday, it'd actually be quite a nice visual effect if it didn't carry with it such awful connotations.
100% - they didn’t even make the sign big enough to cover the Shell branding to the left of the shop door. And that Comical typeface above the pumps was Shell’s style or the time.
I am 45.
Quick lads, knock up a real-looking sign to hide the Shell branding!
Again though, as @newmailbox.bsky.social would note, responsible for all sales of Minidisc consumer units in the UK for many years.
How can you get so many great artists on one lineup? They must take a lot of careful diary planning.

Where can I go to download games? Do I put them on a USB stick? Looking for some of my favourites from the 80's like Bridge-It, Outrun, Count Duckula 2, Roland on the Run, and beyond! Still have my collection of Floppy Discs from the 80s but no idea if they still work!

Crikey, how many filters have been applied to her photo? She looks like a Louis Tussaud’s waxwork.

There’s a new-ish one just off the roundabout near the EV place. The food technology units where Planet Doughnut and their 24 hour doughnut vending machine live. And there’s usually a van outside one of the units up here as well.
Yeah, she’s moved out and relocated to Atcham, I believe. Apparently they don’t want a cafe in the building anymore.
About a decade ago, I saw someone walking around Wrexham town centre with a full Bejam carrier bag. I was impressed.
It needed a big rest and then to come back after a few years, like Any & Dec realised with Takeaway. Except it wasn’t possible with Noel, because he burned bridges, and then went a bit mad. Still great at telly, but the line between character and man is a bit too blurred now.
Though that argument would be wrong, as presumably they’d be even more likely to be a hazard due to distraction/risk of blowing over and onto windscreens. They’re not smart, are they?
As of this week, the greasy spoon cafe that has been a fixture of this office building since we moved in has closed and relocated. This is a DISASTER.
They’d make it about the wrong Ian Watkins.
This has convinced me to do my bi-annual play through anyway.
For some reason that made me think of Ovide.
Go looking for the Peyote Plants. That’s quite fun.
Film Is Fabulous are ON IT.
An photoshopped version of the image, which originally depicted Dennis the Menace DJing, holding a record aloft while an assortment of characters dance including (for some reason) two Biffos. It's been edited to put the Dreamscape logo on the front of the DJ booth and Dennis is now saying "Who's ready for some bloodclaat jungle techno?"
Ah, remember how he was shocked that they made him leave early (but still gave him a proper final show) because his new employer was actively and heavily promoting his new show?
Wilman’s book is surprisingly candid in the production of those early years of the New version. Though loses a lot of points for not really accepting that Clarkson deserved to go for what he did.
SNL UK have FINALLY put 45 Seconds With Fouracres online. youtu.be/-fkt15VUGgE?...
Imagine considering having the ability to move tomorrow.
Well done! Have you died?
