She doesn’t have a particular one per se since she’s more of a clue/evidence scavenger type of vigilante who would rather sneak and expose than fight. However!! She’s got strong legs and a powerful kick!!

So TLDR- she’s not metahuman but before becoming a vigilante- Minnie started out as a nurse in Arkham Asylum but in reality she was a whistleblower who exposed the cruelty and corruption within the Asylum and made it her goal to make it a better place! (That’s all I can say for now 👀)
