I also made my first Owl Witch in a while (& she reminded me that I haven’t done any sgraffito in a while…gotta get back to that!)

A ceramic sculpture of a large Black-billed Magpie with a turquoise/pastel teal tail, and a happy/tranquil expression on their face. They have a handmade red tassel hanging from their mouth and a variety of sgraffito details such as a cloud beneath them and floral details such as my California Poppy motif on their back. Riding on the back of the magpie is a couple of human sculptures—one is brown skinned and the other is white. They feature the Summer Triangle formation on the front of their bodies.
