although I may be a little biased, since I enjoyed the hell out of being death-by-1000-cuts-man attacking an average of 4 times per tick with blood moon plus attack speed relics and echo attacks.

I guess it depends on how schnasty the combat relics are. The moons sets are pretty good for the most part and at least last league you didn't need that much to get in there and start farming them. Barrows armor is kinda extraneous compared to them unless relics/echo items break them somehow.

Granted, with this league starting in Varlamore you don't need Frem to have a good construction shop anymore so I guess it depends on how much you enjoy Vorkath and the like.

Assuming similar relic setups to past leagues, I'd actually rate both Frem and Wildy above Morytania as far as first picks go. Mory was easily my most-miserable pick back when I took it in leagues 2 and not much has been added there aside from araxxor. It's pretty mid-and-lategame slanted.

Wilderness is a really fun region where a lot of hijinks go on. It's up there with desert as my favorite regions.

Tirannwyn's kinda a weird one. It's boring on paper because it's really small, but the utilities like smithing/crafting training are great, especially if you're trying to place dragon.
