Es ist ein „Wir“, das in staatsräsonistischer Verkürzung wichtiger erinnerungskultureller Positionen, historische Verantwortung für die NS-Verbrechen auf Verantwortung für jüdische Opfer und deren Nachfahren engführt und dann auf den Staat Israel ausdehnt. Dieses „Wir“ schließt all jene aus, die in diesem Land leben und keine Nazi-Vorfahren vorweisen können, weil sie (familien-)biographisch mit ganz anderen Teilen der Welt verbunden sind, für die andere Gewaltereignisse prägend waren. Es schließt auch jene aus, deren Familiengeschichten nicht durch NS-Täterschaft oder Mitläufertum geprägt sind, sondern durch aktiven Widerstand gegen den deutschen Faschismus – und/oder dadurch, zum Opfer nationalsozialistischer Verfolgung und Gewalt geworden zu sein.
