Shortbread Crust for Apple Pie

Macintosh Apples, knives, peeler, and Mandoline ready to peel and slice apples.

Partially baked crust with rounded apple slices, sugar, Mace, and Cinnamon and sprinkled on top.

Prepping crunchy crust topping in mini food processor with 1/4 cup each of Flour, Brown Sugar, (pinch of salt), Cold Butter, and Pecans.

Is it just me? Or do any of you take step-by-step pics of stuff you're baking/cooking for a food blog to make some cash when your retirement money 💰 runs out?
