Still just kinda vibing right now, unable to process anything important. As such, I'm taking off for this week's streams, and I'm not even going to bother with a schedule for next week. I'm playing it by ear and listening to my horrible horrible body. Good news: I am in therapy! Had an actual, non-intake session yesterday! It looks to be a decent fit and the therapist actually gave me some tactics which I even used this morning, keeping me from passing out and holding off the worst the attacks can give. I do also have an appointment for going over medication options, so I am getting help and there is quite a bit of it on the way. Unfortunately, the medication appointment isn't until the 5th, and I can't find any local primary care that can see me for any temp prescriptions before then, so I will remain hit and miss from day to day until then, which is why I'm not planning any schedules just yet. TL;DR: brain still a nightmare, taking this week off. streams will be unscheduled and as I feel like it until I get medicated next month
