The deputy leader of Reform UK, Richard Tice, owns a property company - Quidnet REIT.
From 2020 to 2022 it paid Tice and his trust £600k in dividends. Quidnet should have paid £120k of tax on those dividends. It didn't.

But it is now alleged that his business did not just avoid tax: it broke the law. “Tice must now urgently explain why his business did not pay the tax that appears to have been owed, pay it back, and face the consequences. His credibility is shot and his integrity is in serious question. “Nigel Farage needs to decide whether he is happy for someone whose business reportedly unlawfully underpaid tens of thousands of pounds in tax to be Reform’s deputy leader and responsible for its business policy. It’s more evidence that Reform aren’t on the side of working people: they’re just out for themselves.”
