Reform can’t even hold half of the seats they defend, whilst the Liberal Democrats hold 80% of the seats …

Ed Davey is absolutely right that the King’s state visit to Washington should be called off, as supported by most of the British public in recent polls.

Ed quote tweet graphic that says:

Keir Starmer should rule out the UK joining Donald Trump’s latest escalation in his idiotic war. Iran won’t give ships free passage but a unilateral blockade is not the right way to end this.

The UK should be working with other countries to get the US and Iran back to the negotiating table, not fanning the flames of war.

It’s just days since Trump threatened to destroy a whole civilisation, and a return to war would be disastrous.

The Prime Minister needs to work in lock-step with our reliable partners to secure a diplomatic end to this crisis.

Some years ago, a Labour councillor in County Durham was prosecuted for false travel claims, and received a suspended sentence long enough to disqualify him as a councillor. Why not here?

The Government has agreed to incorporate @MaxWilkinson.bsky.social's Sunshine Bill into their Future Homes Standard.

All new homes from 2028 will come with solar panels. This will reduce bills for owners, reduce pressure on the energy grid and fight climate change.

It’s a Lib Dem win-win-win.

Why are we rewarding Donald Trump with a state visit from our King?

His illegal war is driving up costs for British families and he is belittling our country and insulting our troops.

Cancel the visit.

GB News has turned into the Reform channel.

After a New World investigation found hundreds of breaches of the rules on accuracy and impartiality, Ofcom has failed to do its job and act.

We've seen what Fox News has done to politics in the US. We can't let it happen here.

French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot,

"Let us say to our British friends"

"If they stand ready to return to the EU Single Market with all associated privileges and duties"

"They will be be met with open arms"

Sounds like a plan. Who's in?

Things Can Get Better. Not a slogan – a historical truth. The Liberal hope, optimism and reality others won’t say. Britain has been through incredibly tough times in the past – and each time, Liberals have helped show the way through.

We are the party that believes the best in Britain, not the worst. We fight because we know things can get better.

And just as in past tough times - Liberals will show the way through.

Mick North's five year old daughter Sophie was murdered 30 years ago along with 15 other children and their teacher at Dunblane's primary school.

He has called on Nigel Farage to renounce his description of the UK's handgun ban as 'ludicrous', but Farage refuses.

The Liberal Democrats deliver for our communities and get the job done. We listen to local people, roll up our sleeves and never take people for granted.

It’s why so many voters have turned to the Liberal Democrats in recent elections, and why so many are backing us again this May.

Trump’s war on Iran has not only caused chaos abroad, it’s increased the threat to our national security too.

The IRGC has plotted attacks in the UK, and it’s long past time to proscribe them as terrorists.

It is absolutely right that our Armed Forces have a duty to protect British citizens abroad.

It’s also right that tax exiles have a duty to their country to pay their taxes, whether they’re right-wing political pundits or washed-up footballers.

Our country is paying the price for two anti-growth Labour budgets and the Chancellor today has wasted a chance to turn things around.

The Government must act now to tackle costs, get Britain growing again and protect our country.

227 Reform seats on just 23% of the vote 😱
Britain desperately needs proportional representation. No more commissions on it, no more refs, just pick one of the systems already in use for assembly elections and use it for the next Westminster vote.

It's time to ignore the likes of Farage, stand up to the private equity firms and put children and families first.
