I have a degree in Theatre and Dance. I worked with small theaters in Chicago for years. I mostly listen to musical soundtracks. I qualify.

Army Painter acrylic paint. The color is "Wicked Pink" which is a very saturated magenta.

Got a new bottle of paint yesterday. Just the thing my Emperor's Children were missing.

And for the first time I feel... Wicked

The MTG card "Shared Fate". A blue enchantment for 5 mana. If a player would draw a card, that player removes the top card of an opponent's library from the game face down instead. Each player may look at and play cards he or she removed from the game with Shared Fate as though they were in his or her hand.

This card fired up my imagination in ways few other cards ever have. Try as I might, I wasn't able to make it work in Modern. I only stopped trying because I stopped playing.

I do still have a playset, though. Who knows what fate has in store.

They told me I was daft to build a tunnel in a swamp, but I did it anyway!

He was only MOSTLY dead.

He had a small role during the Battle of Molech in the novel Vengeful Spirit. I can't recall if his Legion came with him, though.

A Dungeons and Dragons adventuring party! (In chibi form.) Each member has a splotchy background behind them of a specific color, and their name placed close by in that same color. Starting at the left is Irie with a green background and color theme. She is a satyr with purple hair, charging fiercely forward. Next is Kaen, a drow elf with a blue background. Kaen is summoning an illusory dagger that is glowing a blue similar to the background. Tecu'ani the elf comes after Kaen, with a murky red background. He is the only one in the picture who looks stern and serious. Magnus, Tecu'Ani's cousin, stands next to him. Magnus has a yellow background, and is dancing like a crazy man while playing his lute. (Tecu'ani's most likely being judgy, hence the look on his face.) Finally rounding off the party is Ari, a robot. Her background is pink, and she is holding a pink bow and imagining herself putting the bow on her head. All the characters are wearing cloaks (or a half-cloak in Kaen's case) made from an owlbear. There is a transparent watermark over the picture.

Boy, I haven't posted my art in a hot minute so let's change that. Here's a commission I did a few years ago! The party for a DnD adventure! I had a lot of fun with this one, especially Irie and Ari!

I love Super Mario 2, but I will say that the style of the game threw me off as a kid. Back then it was my least favorite of the original 3. Now, I'd say I like it better than the original.

Doing some more work on my Warhammer 40k army. I lost a bit of vibrancy during my last painting session, so I'm trying to push the brightest areas back toward magenta with highlights.

Made some progress over the weekend. All my Infractors and Tormentors are primed, and I took one squad of Tormentors to an almost finished state. There's still some small things that need doing, but you can see where we're headed.

It's my 40th birthday today! I spent yesterday painting Warhammer 40k models and watching John WIck 3 to celebrate.
