Amusing to discover that the Milifandom girl ended up becoming a Spad for Keir Starmer.

They tested Barnaby Webber and Grace O’Malley-Kumar for drugs but not Valdo Calocane.

Only Peter Hitchens is more hardline in his opposition to legalising cannabis than me.

For some reason I struggle to believe this

Being miserable now won’t make you any less miserable in the summer.

If you accepted it after Wolves are you not over it yet? Why even watch today?

Sorry but it was a narrow loss. It would be more obvious that they are better than us if they had battered us… but they didn’t. You can more easily make the case that it was decided by them taking one chance and us missing a couple. There’s going to be all summer to be miserable!

Sorry but that was obviously better than getting battered. Don’t be daft.

Yep. Today isn’t fatal but he tried to make it so. Today was a tight game we narrowly lost. He nearly cost us more points in the next three games.

If we’d played like we did in the Carabao or against Bournemouth I would agree with you. We played well today. The only player who absolutely bottled it was Gabriel.

Don’t throw in the towel.

I can’t stand the Green Party but at least she’s being awful in the traditional Green Party way - opposing building absolutely anything near anyone or anything. It’s the ones sympathetic to attacking the Jewish community I’m currently more worried about.

Alex Manninger: Martin Keown's tribute to 'one of Arsenal's greatest unsung heroes' Former Arsenal defender Martin Keown pays tribute to his old friend and former Gunners team-mate Alex Manninger, who has died at the age of 48.

I’m not sure the alternative option was at all palatable but 300 grand a week is a lot post that hamstring injury

That contract isn’t looking too clever either

Arsenal away must be the best trip in Europe.

I think you’re running out of steam now

I do think people who squeeze past buggies to fare dodge are scum, as are fare dodgers more generally. It’s fine to vent about this online without having to become a vigilante revenue protection officer.

Not to the level where it would outweigh those other considerations. Still something that annoyed me though!

Loads of reasons. I was pushing my toddler in a buggy so didn’t want to get involved in a verbal or physical confrontation. There would be no assistance from TfL or the police. And more generally someone already breaking the law has a higher probability of becoming violent than a regular person.

I think it’s fine for people to notice and object to anti social behaviour and crime even if it means that people you don’t like are able to read about it.

I think a reasonable interpretation of the original post is that seeing people breaking through the barriers is a daily occurrence, not that is specifically groups of 8 every day. I don’t think variations in the numbers doing it on each occasion undermines the original point made.

I see people barging through the barriers every single day at Archway.

It’s actually fine to prefer classic British brands to Chinese cars. Even more so when you consider the spyware that they’ll be riddled with.

Horrendous. Quite struck by how oblivious the dad appears to be about the circles his son moved in though.

On Sunday I had the usual case of someone taking the opportunity of me using the wider barriers for my daughter’s buggy to squeeze past me. Absolute scum 👍🏻

I don’t think this is accurate. I think the hamstring injury he got on Boxing Day 2013 was more consequential. After that he had a lot of hamstring and thigh problems.

Theory: they saw the name “Ye” and didn’t realise that meant Kanye West so didn’t return any comments.
